3RD ANNUAL EVENT

The portion of the funds that were raised at this year’s 3rd Annual Kevin Lord Memorial BBHL Fundraiser, were presented to the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie, on Sunday, June 21st at the Beeton Arena. The donation was in the amount of $6,200, which will go directly to the “Kevin Lord Memorial Fund”, in support for the new building of the Simcoe-Muskoka Cancer Care Centre at RVH.. To date, the “Kevin Lord Memorial Fund” has raised in excess of $30,000. towards this project, which has just begun building this year. The balance of the proceeds raised from the fundraiser, will go to the Beeton Ball Hockey minor league travel account. These funds will help to assist the minor ball hockey players with their travel expenses needed to attend National and International tournaments. We would like to thank everyone for your continued support again this year in Kevin’s memory.

This year’s event is being held back in Beeton at the Beeton Arena & Community Centre on Sat. May 2nd.
This year, In addition to the efforts of supporting Beeton Minor Ball Hockey, the event will also be providing support to Royal Victoria Hospital. 50% of the revenue from all ticket sales, will be donated to the Kevin Lord Memorial Fund at RVH in support of the Simcoe-Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre.
Tickets are $20, which includes a buffet meal and a full night of entertainment as well as a silent auction. Tickets are available at Sears in Beeton, The Muddy Tavern, Beeton, The Hornet’s Nest Bar & Grill, Alliston, York Printing, Beeton and through various event volunteers
For your entertainment, back by popular demand are the "Wheat Kings". In addition, a special guest appearance by local talented singer, “Nicole Scott”. There will also be early evening entertainment by local teenage band, “Lights Of The Deep”. This is a licenced event and a wristband policy will be in effect. Minors will be permitted to attend until 9:00pm
